An excellent First Growth full-bodied Pauillac
Grapes: A blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit  Verdot.
CMR 2016 is blessed with an enticing nose that plays on the palate. One detects a variety of floral fragrances that lingers among blueberries, dark cherries and cinnamon bark. Also present are notes of tobacco, vanilla and dark-green raisins.  This blend has seductive tendencies one of which is working these flavors into well structured tannings. All in all, a beautifullly, well constructed vintage with unbelievable consistency and long legs.
